Replacements for Damaged Products
We offer replacement only for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible for a replacement:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must show the package being opened from the sealed condition without any cuts or edits.

If the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
📌 No replacements will be accepted without valid proof.
Due to the nature of our business and hygiene reasons (for items like earbuds, electronics, etc.), we do not accept returns under any circumstances other than damaged delivery.
